Some builds are born from passion, and others from creativity—but The Bully is the perfect mix of both. A true Chicago Bulls fan at heart, the owner Tony Gonzalez of this one-of-a-kind custom ride initially named The Bully as a nod to his favorite team. Over time, though this 2019 Dodge Charger RT transformed into something much more, an actual bull on wheels. Outfitted with intimidating horns, fierce teeth, piercing eyes, and even a refined bull-fur interior, The Bully has become a rolling piece of art designed to capture attention everywhere it goes.
The idea to make the car more “fearsome” came during a memorable moment at a car show. “A Congressman asked if his son could take a picture with Bully,” the owner recalls. “I said, of course you can, but when the man tried to get the boy to take a picture with Bully, he was scared to get too close.” That reaction sparked the idea to amplify the car’s frightening aesthetic—and The Bully hasn’t stopped turning heads since.
A Trophy Magnet and Fan Favorite
With 26 trophies, two magazine features, and even a children’s book where The Bully is a main character, this car has become more than just a custom build—it’s a brand. Despite its bold and aggressive look, The Bully has a softer side, especially when it comes to kids. “Bully is invited to many kids events and car shows, especially the ones where kids are present,” the owner explains. “Bully loves the kids, and the kids love the Bully. Bully is seen a mile away and is constantly stopped by people for pictures and videos!”
The Future of The Bully
Tony’s future goals with The Bully are already coming to life. With over 4,000 followers on social media and growing recognition across the automotive community, the next big milestone is reaching 50 trophies by 2026. On top of that, a second children’s book is in the works, featuring The Bully as a larger-than-life villain.
A Showpiece with Personality
One of the biggest attractions at car shows is The Bully’s animated doll, displayed as if trapped behind a bullpen and screaming for help. “People are always gathering around to see her,” the owner laughs. It’s these creative touches that make The Bully not just a car, but a full-blown experience.
