Showcasing the Passion, Diversity, and Creativity of Los Angeles Car Culture
Houston, TX (February 19, 2025) — Pennzoil is proud to launch its new content series. Titled Long May We Drive, it celebrates the diversity and passion of the Los Angeles (LA) car community. Premiering today with the first episode on Pennzoil’s YouTube channel, the series begins a cinematic journey. It travels through the LA streets, explores the adventurous world of off-roading, and dives into adrenaline-filled SoCal drifting culture. The series captures the essence of Pennzoil’s Long May We Drive campaign. It pays tribute to the universal love for cars. It bridges the gap between professional drivers and grassroots enthusiasts.
The series is produced in collaboration with leading automotive filmmaker Ben Hartnett. It celebrates LA car culture through the individuals and communities that define LA’s automotive spirit. Each episode will be available on Pennzoil’s YouTube channel. The channel offers a closer look at the vehicles and passions of drivers across diverse backgrounds and experiences.
· Episode 1: The Streets of LA – The episode dives into the high-performance world of enthusiasts and creators. It features Brian Jannusch, Vin Anatra, and Jonny Grunwald. It showcases what drives their personal connection with their vehicles.
· Episode 2: Off-Roading LA – This episode features iconic competitors. It includes off-road professionals and personalities. The episode explores the untamed beauty of open terrains. Episode to go live in March.
· Episode 3: LA Drifting Culture – A high-octane look at the artistry of drifting. It also explores the adrenaline it offers and the people who do it. Episode to go live in March.
