Roush Performance 2024 Mustang Phase 2 Supercharger Kit: 810HP Power Upgrade

Roush’s new dual-throttle body S650 Phase 2 Supercharger Kit is now available for sale and installation in California and other states that require an E.O. number

Roush Performance, an industry leader in top-of-the-line aftermarket superchargers, engines and pre-titled performance vehicles, has just announced E.O. approval for its 2024 Mustang Phase 2 Supercharger Kit. The kit fits Mustang GTs and Dark Horses equipped with 5.0L V8 engines, boosting power to 810 horsepower and 630 lb-ft of torque. Thanks to recent E.O. approval, the supercharger can now be installed in all 50 states, including California and other states with similar requirements.

The 2024 Mustang Phase 2 Supercharger Kit was developed in partnership with Magnuson Superchargers and features an inverted Eaton TVS R2650 with a front inlet, dual intercoolers and an 84mm pulley, producing 13 psi of boost at 7,500 rpm. It retains stock 80mm throttle bodies for a symmetrical appearance while optimizing power and cooling. The design allows for high-efficiency intercoolers, aided by a Bosch PCE pump and a large heat exchanger, which helps maintain the lowest possible intercooler temperatures while minimizing restrictions to the stock cooling module. Twin cone fuel injectors with optimized director plates provide ideal injector targeting, while new billet fuel rails maximize flow and ensure correct injector orientation. A custom FEAD design reduces crankshaft load, while pre-gapped Ford Performance spark plugs ensure reliability and performance.
